Important Update
The Cannabis Control Commission remains aware of the recent federal court decision related to the Rhode Island Cannabis Act and continues to review its implications for the adult-use retail licensing program. Pursuant to the order issued by the United States District Court for the District of Rhode Island, the Commission is currently prohibited from proceeding with the existing application and licensing process.
The Commission will continue to provide updates and guidance as additional information becomes available. Meeting agendas, applicant updates, and other relevant materials will be posted on the Commission’s website.
