CCC Adult Use Regulations Proposed Proposed rules and regulations for Adult Use Cannabis have been proposed by the Cannabis Control Commission and can be found on the Secretary of State website or on the Commission’s website.The Commission is accepting written comments on the proposed regulations through February 7, 2025. Please send your comments to cccinquiry@ccc.ri.gov or the Commission’s mailing address, however, email is preferred.A public hearing on all four regulations will be held in person on Friday, January 24, 2025, at 1pm at the Public Utilities Commission, 89 Jefferson Blvd, Warwick, RI, 02886. Public comment will only be received in person at this hearing.
