Adult-Use Retail License Application Submission

The Cannabis Control Commission is accepting applications for Adult-Use Cannabis Retail Licenses under the revised Rhode Island Cannabis Act. Following recent statutory amendments enacted by the General Assembly, the Commission has established new application periods for both Social Equity Applicant Status Certification and Adult-Use Retail Licensing.

Prospective applicants may use this page to access the Adult-Use Retail Licensing Portal and review important deadlines to support the application process.

Applicants interested in an Adult-Use Retail License may access the licensing portal beginning August 7, 2026. All Adult-Use Retail License applications must be submitted by November 23, 2026.
