November 23, 2026, at 4:00 PM EST: Adult-Use Retail License Application Portal closes. All application materials, including final zoning approval, must be submitted.
December 4, 2026: NCIC background checks due for all majority owners (more than 50% interest) of Adult-Use Retail License applicants.
