Federal Hemp Changes Take Effect December 11, 2026
A new federal limit will restrict hemp-derived products to no more than 0.4 milligrams of total THC per container. Licensees should review their inventory and plan accordingly. The Commission will communicate any federal changes that affect these requirements.
