End of Year Reporting

Please download and complete the fillable excel for End of Year Sales Reporting. All CBD/ Hemp Consumable licensees must enter their product sales information into the spreadsheet. The completed report must be submitted through the Cannabis licensing portal by going to "All Licenses" then entering a change request for "End of Year Reporting". The submission deadline is January 31st, 2026
