While residing in such an area may be one of the factors considered in the application process, applicants must still complete and satisfy all other requirements of the application process to be considered for social equity applicant status. Meeting the criteria for social equity status requires the submission of a full application and fulfillment of all relevant eligibility criteria as outlined in the applcation. The determination of social equity status will be based on the totality of the information provided and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
