Important Update

The Cannabis Control Commission is aware of the recent federal court decision related to the Rhode Island Cannabis Act and is currently reviewing its implications for the adult-use retail licensing program. Pursuant to the court order from the United States District Court for the District of Rhode Island, the Commission is prohibited from proceeding with the current application and licensing period. Additional guidance will be provided as it becomes available. The next Commission meeting will be held on April 17 at 2:00 PM. The meeting agenda and further updates for applicants will be posted in advance.
