Anchored in the Rhode Island Cannabis Act’s Social Equity Assistance Program and Fund, this resource page is designed to guide and empower individuals and communities most impacted by past cannabis prohibition as they navigate the state’s cannabis licensing and regulatory process.

If an individual or a cannabis business entity is interested in applying for Social Equity Applicant Status Certification (SEASC), the Interest Form, accessible in the sidebar, must be filled out in order to access the SEASC Portal.
